Client: Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (U.N.E.D).
Execution location: Calle Juan del Rosal 14, Madrid.
Stage: Finished.
The total piece of land of the building has an extension of 11,500 m² built and the total investment of the works reached 10 million Euros.
The works performed have implied the renovation and full refurbishment of the building, adjusting its structure to the new requirements of the regulations in force. Furthermore, it was incorporated to the central roof a thermal production central for the air conditioning and heating of the four buildings of the UNED campus.
