Client: Canal de Isabel II.
Execution location: Manzanares el Real, Madrid.
Stage: Finished.
The works consisted in the full renovation of the building, modifying the roofs and making changes in the inside layouts. Furthermore, all the installations were adapted to the regulations in force.
