Execution location: Calle Riaza, Aravaca, Madrid.
Stage: Finished.
The works consisted in the construction of 22 houses, storage, parking spaces, gardens, swimming pool and paddle court.
The houses are laid out in two blocks of 11 homes each: three homes on the ground floor, with exclusive use of the garden; four homes on the first and second floors with exclusive use of the attic terraces.
