Construction of a building of 39 apartments which is composed by a basement, a ground floor and three high floors, plus one attic terrace for common use. There is also a reception area, lounges, dining rooms, gym, garage, storage and leisure areas and garden. The total piece of land built has an extension of 3,437 m².
