In September 1975, the palace suffered a great assault due to the protests against Franco regime, producing significant damages. Thanks to the help of the Portuguese government, there were restoration works, mainly focused on the restoration of roofs, replacement of wooden fences and new roof tiling. We also created new outside gardens.

The works consisted in the restoration of the old palace of the Counts of Agrela, which is included in the catalogue of protected buildings within level 1, therefore its architectural features were preserved, its shape and space occupation and all the other characteristics that make it special to be a building included in the architectural and monument heritage.

The works consisted in the refurbishing, repairing and restoration of the pavements, as well as the installation of a new street lighting. Segovia’s main square (Plaza Mayor) is located in the heart of the city.

The works consisted in the restoration of a neoclassical building located in the historic centre of the city of Athens. Underpinning of the foundations, dismantling of the roof, the building was emptied preserving all the façades, rebuilding of a new roof, installing of dry wall full and finishing.

The measures to be taken for the execution of the works were planned to achieve a perfect water tightness of the building and to avoid the fast deterioration that the building might have in the future.

The works consisted in the full renovation of the building, modifying the roofs and making changes in the inside layouts. Furthermore, all the installations were adapted to the regulations in force.
